Date: 05/20/2021 <br /> Address: 2101 E MARIPOSA RD, <br /> Owner/Operator: FJS RANCHES PTP Telephone: <br /> Program Element: 2200-HAZARDOUS WASTE GENERATOR PROGRAM Complaint#: COJLDEZOH <br /> Responsible Party Contact: RUBEN RUBALCAVA <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> A lot of oil in a shed that is pouring into the ground. <br /> #301 Facility not maintained to minimize the release of a hazardous waste Class II <br /> OBSERVATION: Oily absorbent and new absorbent was observed on the floor of the shed. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE:A hazardous waste generator must maintain and operate its facility to minimize the possibility of <br /> a fire,explosion, or any unplanned sudden or non-sudden release of hazardous waste or hazardous waste constituents to <br /> air,soil, or surface water which could threaten human health or the environment. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: The violation was corrected during the inspection by sweeping up the oily absorbent. No further <br /> action is required to correct this violation.
