Checked CERS. BAKER <br /> Submittal has not been done yet. <br /> 04/22/2021 Returned call to Payton at 209-823-0125 regarding questions about the ID number BAKER <br /> application. <br /> Filled out pink sheet for HW program. <br /> 04/26/2021 Turned in pink and green sheets to accounting for new business.
