Terry Lindow was called to RUVALCABA <br /> verify cleanup and to arrange a visit. Arrived on site at approximately 1:20 pm. Met <br /> with Terry Lindow and walked facility to verify cleanup. Reactor#6 or 2060 was the <br /> reactor that was affected. Area had been cleaned and waste placed in hazardous <br /> waste containers. Terry stated that some, if not all, of the waste may have <br /> remained in the water and traveled upstream to San Francisco. Some, of the <br /> waste may have ended up in the facility retention pond, based on the design of the <br /> facility to contain water releases. Terry stated that hazardous waste manifests <br /> would be provided and results from testing would be shared with the department. <br /> Left at approximately 1:30 pm to respond to several other spill incidents. <br /> 07/18/2018 Prop 65, narrative entry and notice to abate RUVALCABA <br /> 01/14/2021 A complaint C00047096 was generated on 7/17/2018 for the release of 2.3 grams MANZO <br /> of mercury. This complaint was abated to PR0541637 as part of a series of <br /> complaints received for broken lamps at his facility and an ongoing cleanup/ <br /> investigation. Clean up was completed, according to Terry Lindow, some waste <br /> may have ended up in the onsite retention pond.
