Time In: <br /> Time Out: <br /> WASTE DISCHARGE/SPILL RESPONSE Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Name of Facility: UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD Date: 12/21/2020 <br /> Address: 1000 E ROTH RD, FRENCH CAMP <br /> Owner/Operator: UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD Telephone: (916)580-9999 <br /> Program Element: 2546-Release/Spill Response(excluding Joint Team) Complaint#: C00053166 <br /> DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br /> Approximately 2-3 gallons of hydraulic oil was released onto the ground from machinery. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> NOTES <br /> The spill occurred in the Union Pacific(UP)yard at space 856. Environmental contractor NRC was hired to clean the spill. <br /> The oil was cleaned up by absorbent. Approximately 1/4 of a 55 gallon drum was generated. A hazardous waste label was <br /> placed on the drum and the waste is going to get profiled for proper disposal.
