They received an <br /> anonymous call reporting that antifreeze was running down a driveway into a <br /> storm drain. Verified address was in the City of Stockton. Called Bryan Toledo <br /> And Maryann Lava and left messages. <br /> Left for the site and arrived at 2:42 PM. Antifreeze was observed in the gutter <br /> approximately 50 feet away from a storm drain. I did not observe any antifreeze <br /> running down the driveway or in the storm drain. Attempted to make contact with <br /> the residents at 5169 and 5173 Gadwall Cir. Made contact with Rosemary <br /> Atkinson at 5165 Gadwall Cir. She had no knowledge of the reported incident. <br /> Received a call from Maryann. She said that someone was dispatched to cleanup <br /> the street. I informed here that there was no responsible party and that I would be <br /> writing her a report. Left the site at 3:30 PM. <br /> Note: Was accompanied by Frederick Ernest during the inspection. <br /> 06/03/2021 Completed a prop 65 and narrative from site visit. ALANIZ <br /> 06/09/2021 Completed the photo log, site map, and on site inspection report. Emailed the ALANIZ <br /> report to Bryan Toledo at<bryan.toledo@stocktonca.gov>. Discussed the cleanup <br /> with Bryan to confirm that the waste went to the public works corporation yard for <br /> proper disposal. <br /> Abated the complaint and gave to the lead senior for review. <br /> 5105.rpt Page 1 of 2 <br />
