Roth Rd. Patriot Environmental <br /> responded and found the leak had impacted the well car carrying the container. The release was due to zero blocking <br /> and bracing and Fed Ex will be financially responsible for the remediation, disposal, and any other costs associated with <br /> the incident. <br /> Joe and Matthew(FED EX) <br /> Please work directly with Patriot Environmental to settle the invoices directly. San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department will also have invoices for this incident and will have specific requirements for the waste generated, which <br /> Fed Ex will be the generator and responsible.
