The site was not yet secured. <br /> Escorted by Deputy Gigli onto the secured property starting at 491 W Manila Rd <br /> and walked down a dirt road for 1500 feet before reaching 4 greenhouse <br /> structures growing cannabis on 554 Briggs Rd. Each greenhouse was observed <br /> with more than six plants each, grow lights and inadequate wiring, inadequate <br /> exits, and pesticides/chemicals. <br /> I was assisted by Melissa and Muniappa Naidu, EHD Asst. Director, in posting <br /> each greenhouse structure with a Notice and Order to Abate and a Notice To <br /> Vacate. We also posted a Cannabis Activities Notice and Order To Abate and a <br /> Cannabis Activities Hazardous Waste/Materials Notice and Order To Abate at the <br /> dirt road entrance on the 491 Manila Rd property, since at the time of inspection it <br /> was not known that 4 of the cannabis greenhouses were on the 554 Briggs Rd <br /> property. <br /> The Sheriffs Office cut down all of the cannabis plants. <br /> See PR <br /> 06/24/2021 Revised narrative.
