I was able to observe 3 SINGH <br /> receptacles from Cal-Waste in the backyard. There was also a fruit tree in the <br /> backyard with fruit on the ground. I couldn't tell if the fruit was rotten. I rang the <br /> doorbell twice, but there was no answer. I left my business card on the door. <br /> 05/17/2021 Created a photolog. I called Cal-Waste and spoke with Maria, she mentioned SINGH <br /> Cal-Waste does not service the area. I then called Waste Management and spoke <br /> with Diego. Diego mentioned he can't find anything in the area that indicates the <br /> area is serviced by Waste Management( I was on hold for over 10 mins.). <br /> 05/18/2021 Drafted NTA. Emailed Charlie Youn, Public Works, for a start service letter.
