Documented narrative. <br /> 03/11/2021 Called and provided complaint info to Laura Sauers, office assistant, with the FLORIDO <br /> complaint info in order to generate a complaint number. Emailed Natalia <br /> Subbotnikova, Ld Sr REHS, the complaint info. <br /> 03/11/2021 488 S Los Angeles Ave, Stockton - Complaint inspection. Complaint alleges there SINGH <br /> is a lot of trash on the lot. Observed yard debris, trash and junk on the property. I <br /> was unable to go on the property because there were dogs there during the <br /> inspection. I observed the property from Los Angeles street and from the property <br /> next door(430 S. Los Angeles Ave). <br /> NOTE: Multiple inspections conducted this day, travel time varied. <br /> 03/15/2021 Created a photolog from the inspection conducted on 3/11/21. Completed a NTA. I SINGH <br /> emailed the notice to Robert for approval. <br /> Robert signed off on NTA. Placed document in Cheryl's box to mail. <br /> 03/17/2021 Mailed Notice To Abate Immediately dated March 15, 2021, to Project Mate at 712 FIELD <br /> Bancroft Road, Suite 706, Walnut Creek, CA 94598-1531. Sent by regular and <br /> certified mail; Certified Mail Log#7020 1810 0000 3998 5476. <br /> 04/01/2021 448 S Los Angeles Ave., Stockton - Complaint reinspection. I met with Julie on the SINGH <br /> property. Julie stated that her and her husband live in the RV. Her husband works <br /> for the owner, according to Julie. The trash on the west side of the property has <br /> been removed. Most o fhe trash and garbage in front of the RV has been <br /> removed. Observed a trailer full of trash and garbage sitting near the RV. On the <br /> northeast portion of the property, a dug hole with wood was observed.
