The first time I called I spoke with Daniel (Customer Service Rep.). He was <br /> unable to find an account for the property. He transferred me to the local office, <br /> but there was no answer. The second time I called I spoke with Jackie (Customer <br /> Service Rep.).Jackie did not find any information on the property either. <br /> Discussed the complaint with Unit 2. <br /> Created a photolog and drafted an OIR.
