FOOD WAS TAKE OUT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION --TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and conducted the compliant investigation. <br /> The Person In Charge was not aware of the compliant prior to this investigation. <br /> There have been no ill employees for the last two weeks. <br /> Garlic chicken is deep fried and prepared when ordered. <br /> Chicken is stored in the walk-in(44F). <br /> Provide at 41 F or lower. <br /> When ordered chicken is deep fried. <br /> There was no garlic chicken at the time of the investigation. <br /> Fried rice is prepared by frying rice from rice prepared in the rice pot(164F)with frozen peas and carrots, an egg, and pork. <br /> The final temperature of prepared fried rice is 174F. <br /> Crab rangoon is prepared when ordered and is a product that comes to the facility frozen. <br /> Once ordered crab rangoon is deep fried. <br /> I observed soap in pump style dispenser. <br /> Provide soap in dispenser. <br /> I also observed paper towels on the counter. <br /> Provide in dispenser. <br /> Corrected during inspection. <br /> Signature not captured <br /> FA0020994 C00054016 SCO04 07/12/2021 <br /> EHD 16-23 Rev.01/07/2021 Page 1 of 2 Complaint Inspection Report <br /> 1868 E.
