Complaint alleges there is SINGH <br /> a lot of cement and debris on the property. Piles of concrete, asphalt, tires, pvc <br /> pipes, metal and other solid waste material observed. <br /> 12/05/2019 Attempted to work on the photolog for the inspection conducted on 12/4/19, but SINGH <br /> computer would not cooperate. <br /> 12/06/2019 Created photolog and attached it to the complaint form. Called the realtor for the SINGH <br /> property, Petersen & Company (209-368-8010), 1 spoke with the receptionist <br /> Alyssa. Alyssa stated that Steve Dungan is the seller of the property. She took <br /> down my contact information and will have someone contact me from the office. <br /> 12/11/2019 Drafted a Notice to Abate for the inspection conducted on December 4, 2019. 1 SINGH <br /> emailed the NTA to Robert M. for approval. <br /> Edited the Notice to Abate. <br /> 12/12/2019 Mailed Notice To Abate dated December 11, 2019, to Sohal Balbir at 8193 FIELD <br /> Crichton Way, Elk Grove, CA 95758-8027. Sent by regular and certified mal; <br /> Certified Mail Log #7018 0680 0000 3366 6288. <br /> 12/12/2019 Gave the Notice to Abate to Cheryl to mail. SINGH <br /> 12/17/2019 Balbir Sohal, the property owner, called on 12/16/19 and left a message. I returned SINGH <br /> his call. Balbir informed me that he is in the process of demolishing structures at <br /> the property. <br /> After speaking with Robert M. I called Balbir at 916-203-4100, 1 left him a message <br /> informing him that the EHD needs a plan from him. <br /> Balbir returned my call. I informed him to submit a plan to the EHD stating his <br /> intentions for the solid waste located on the property.
