The complaint alleges there SINGH <br /> is animal manure seeping under the fence line creating a bad smell and fly <br /> infestation. I knocked on the front door and rang the door bell of the home but <br /> there was no answer. I left my card on the screen door. Fly population and odor <br /> was light. <br /> Note: Multiple inspections conducted on this date, travel time varied. <br /> 07/01/2021 Reviewed owner and property information on Parcel Viewer. SINGH <br /> Created photolog after the inspection. Updated file. <br /> 07/06/2021 Received a voicemail from Kimberly Lawrence stating she found my card on her SINGH <br /> door and would like to know what it's regarding. <br /> 07/07/2021 Received a call from Kimberly. She stated the house with the animal feces SINGH <br /> seeping through the fence is next door to her. Reviewed complaint. <br /> 07/07/2021 3748 E Miner Ave., Stockton -Complaint inspection. The complaint alleges there SINGH <br /> is animal waste seeping under the fence line creating a bad smell and causing a <br /> fly infestation. The inspection was conducted with Pinne C., EHS. Animal manure <br /> was observed along the fence line. Chicken(s) and goat(s)were heard on the <br /> other side of the fence and chicken cages were visible from Miner Ave. I was <br /> unable to make contact with the residents due to a dog in the front yard, there was <br /> a "beware of dog" sign on the gate also. The fly population and odor was <br /> moderate. <br /> Note: Multiple inspections conducted this day, travel time varied. <br /> 07/07/2021 3748 E. Miner Ave CHAO <br /> Complaint-Animal waste seeping under fence line creating a bad smell and fly <br /> infestation. Accompanied Sandip Singh to complaint due to complainant <br /> mentioning the tenant was hostile.
