<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Exhaust hoods shall be provided to remove toxic gases,heat,grease, vapors and smoke and be approved by
<br /> the local building department. Canopy-type hoods shall extend 6"beyond all cooking equipment.All areas shall have sufficient ventilation
<br /> to facilitate proper food storage. Toilet rooms shall be vented to the outside air by a screened openable window,an air shaft,or a

<br /> OBSERVATIONS: Install a hand sink with splash guards in ware washing room with hot and cold water.
<br /> Install splash guards for hand sink in kitchen.
<br /> NOTE: Splash guards shall be at least 6 inches in height from back to front end. Round off front corner.
<br /> Provide and air gap of at least one inch between end of ice machine waste line and top of floor sink.
<br /> Seal all sinks into walls with caulk/silicone.

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Base at bar shall be up to code. Install Schluter on edge and ceramic tile on wall that extends at least 4
<br /> inches into wall.
<br /> Epoxy seal walk in and dry storage floors with 2-3 coats. Install rubber base at dry storage floors. Make sure all ceiling
<br /> panels are in place in dry storage room.
<br /> Ceiling panels in ware washing room are currently absorbent. Replace them with vinyl coated panels.
<br /> New concrete strip on floor just outside walk in cooler is absorbent.Wood is ruff. Smooth out wood and epoxy seal concrete
<br /> and paint woo base with semi-gloss paint.
<br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor
<br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily
<br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original
