RECORD OF SPILL PREVENTION BRIEFINGS <br /> Instructions: Briefings will be scheduled and conducted by facility management for responsible personnel at <br /> intervals frequent enough to assure adequate understanding of this SPCC Plan. These briefings should also <br /> highlight and describe known spill events or failures,malfunctioning components and recently developed <br /> precautionary measures. Personnel will also be instructed in operation and maintenance of equipment to prevent <br /> the discharge of oil and applicable pollution control laws,rules and regulations.
