F'acilig, Description and Oil Storage Capacity <br /> The Owens-Brockway Tracy, California Plant#22 facility manufactures glass containers for a <br /> wide variety of food products. Relevant materials handled include machine oil,used oil,gear <br /> oil, mold release oil, Suspension GS oil, gasoline, and diesel. Additional relevant materials <br /> include oil/water separators located in the lower level of the building, nineteen oil-filled pad- <br /> mounted transformers (facility owned), air compressors and vacuum pump oil reservoirs. In <br /> addition, to the manufacturing area of the plant, there are general office areas, employee <br /> restrooms,a batch house, furnaces, and warehousing areas. <br /> The following fixed and mobile oil storage containers and equipment were located at the <br /> facility during the Professional Engineer's site inspection on July 5,2016 (see Figure 2 behind <br /> the Figures tab for locations). The Table, included as Appendix H, includes a detailed <br /> description of the oil storage containers at Plant#22.
