RECORD OF SPILL PREVENTION BRIEFINGS <br />Instructions: Briefings will be scheduled and conducted by facility management for responsible personnel at <br />intervals frequent enough to assure adequate understanding of this SPCC Plan. These briefings should also <br />highlight and describe known spill events or failures, malfunctioning components and recently developed <br />precautionary measures. Personnel will also be instructed in operation and maintenance of equipment to prevent <br />the discharge of oil and applicable pollution control laws, rules and regulations.
