Level: <br />3 #36530 <br />Inspector: <br />API-65 <br />Gregory Fann <br />Summary: <br />The subject 450 gallon capacity atmospheric storage tank was inspected per the above scope and evaluated per the specified STI SP -001. <br />UT examination was limited due to contamination of product and debis. Further details may be referenced in the attached Checklist, Calculation sheet, <br />TML report, Image sheet, or Drawing. <br />Results: <br />1) Oil spillage covering entire tank from oil skimmer. <br />2) Minor random coating failure. <br />3) Insufficient containment. <br />Recommendations: <br />1) Clean tank thuroughly, adjust skimmer to prevent further spillage. <br />2) Clean and recoat or monitor for corrosion. <br />3) Install curbs around tank or replace with double wall tank. <br />4) Continue scheduled inspection program per STI SP -001 and O -I company policies and procedures. <br />
