Level: API -653 #36530 <br />Inspector: Gregory Fann <br />Summary: <br />Tlie subject 195 gallon capacity atmospheric storage tank was inspected per the above scope and evaluated per the specified STI SP -001. <br />Inspection of the tank bottom was not possible due to proximity of the floor. Further details may be referenced in the attached Checklist, Calculation sheet, <br />TML report, Image sheet, or Drawing. <br />Results: <br />I) Oil and debris contamination. <br />2) Insufficient containment. <br />3) Non functioning level gauge. <br />Recommendations: <br />1) Remove contaminant from tank, repair leaking component. (do not leave absorbs on tank, they will accelerate corrosion) <br />2) Add adequate containment around tank to reduce consequence of failure. <br />3) Replace level gauge. <br />4) Continue scheduled inspection program per STI SP -001 and O -I company policies and procedures. <br />
