UT examination was limited due to surface roughness from corrosion. Further <br />details may be referenced in the attached Checklist, Calculation sheet, TML report, Image sheet, or Drawing. <br />Results: <br />I) Oil, debris and feces contamination. <br />2) Insufficient containment. <br />3) Non functioning, illegible level gauge. <br />4) Moderate local corrosion. <br />5) Light general corrosion. <br />Recommendations: <br />1) Remove contaminant from tank, repair leaking component (do not leave absorbs on tank, they will accelerate corrosion) <br />2) Add adequate containment around lank to reduce consequence of failure. <br />3) Replace level gauge. <br />4) Remove scale and re -coat to prevent further corrosion. <br />5) Remove scale and re -coat to prevent further corrosion. <br />6) Continue scheduled inspection program per STI SP -00 <br />l and O -I company policies and procedures. <br />
