An inspection is required (inspection fee is $115
before 07/31/2010) to verify the septic connection from New # 5137 unit to existing septic system. Please be
aware that EHD is required this system to be connected to the Northern septic system, which it is designed for
that capacity. The #5137 can not be connected to the Southern septic system. You will need to complete and
submit the service requested form (see the link) and the fee prior to schedule inspection.

In addition, I will need an OK from Adrienne Ellsaesser (209-468-0343) before I could release this building
permit. Please contact her directly for the small public water system requirements.

Any questions, please feel free to contact me at (209) 468-9850

Steven C.
