All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations(Title 22)section 65545. <br /> #3 Safety Signs <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Site address and capacity sign were faded. Fixed on site. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool operator shall keep safety signs well maintained.(CCR 65535)Safety signs shall have clearly legible <br /> letters or numbers not less than 4 inches high, unless otherwise specified. Safety signs shall be affixed to a wall,pole, gate, or similar <br /> permanent structure in a location visible to all pool users, unless otherwise specified.(CBC 31208) <br /> #10 Disinfectant Residual <br /> OBSERVATIONS: Keep an eye out on Chlorine levels. Chlorine level was at 9.8 which is close to the maximum level of 10. <br /> Keep Chlorine levels between 2-10 ppm <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Public pools, when open or in use, shall be disinfected continuously by approved chemicals and shall maintain <br /> the following concentrations: 1.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine without cyanuric acid,2.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free chlorine with cyanuric acid <br /> or 2.0 ppm bromine. Spas, wading pools, and spray grounds shall maintain the following concentrations:3.0 ppm to 10.0 ppm free <br /> chlorine or 4.0 ppm bromine. Fix in winter time. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:Pool shells shall be white and have a smooth waterproof interiorfrnish that will withstand repeated brushing, <br /> and scrubbing.
