Emergency coordinators were listed as Lowery Petroleum and Ramos Env. instead of employees of the <br />facility. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The emergency coordinator or his designee must respond to any emergencies that <br />arise. The business operator must post the following information next to telephones or in areas directly involved in <br />the generation and accumulation of hazardous waste: the name and emergency telephone number of the <br />emergency coordinator, the location of fire extinguishers and spill control material, and the telephone number of the <br />fire department unless the facility has a direct alarm. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately post the required information at the facility. Provide a statement to the San <br />Joaquin County Environmental Health Department that the correction is complete. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by August 27, 2021. <br />To minimize person to person contact EHD is choosing to write the name of person receiving the report instead <br />of having them sign. Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate <br />($152).
