vi ) Compact parking spaces shall be a minimum seven and one - half ( 71 /2 ) feet wide and sixteen <br /> ( 16 ) feet long , be individually designated as a compact space , and make up no more than twenty- <br /> five ( 25 ) percent of the required spaces . ACCESS AND CIRCULATION : The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan : <br /> i ) Access driveways shall have a width of no less than twenty-four (24 ) feet for two -way aisles and <br /> sixteen ( 16 ) feet for one -way aisles . LIGHTING : Lighting shall be provided and comply with thefollowing : <br /> i ) If the parking area is to be used at night , parking lot and security lighting shall be installed . <br /> ( Development Title Section 9 - 1015 . 5 [g ] ) <br /> ii ) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises . No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares , provided , however , that such <br /> light shall not cause a hazard to motorists . CONSTRUCTION NOISE : The following measures shall be implemented during <br /> construction : <br /> i ) Construction shall be restricted to the hours of 7 : 00 AM to 6 : 00 PM on weekdays . <br /> Extended hours which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through prior <br /> notice to adjacent residents and landowners , and prior approval of the MHCSD for <br /> infrastructure construction and CDD for building permits . <br /> ii ) All internal combustion engines shall be equipped with exhaust mufflers that are in good <br /> condition and appropriate for the equipment . <br /> iii ) Arrange all construction equipment and truck routes to minimize travel adjacent to <br /> occupied residences . <br /> iv) Locate stationary construction equipment and staging areas as far as possible from <br /> sensitive receptors .
