BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION <br /> R-23-117 <br /> Resolution to Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring and <br /> Reporting Program and Approve General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100168,Zone <br /> Reclassification No. PA-2100169, and Administrative Use Permit No. PA-2100170 of Ernie Vasti <br /> (District 1) <br /> - -- - - - - - - - - - - <br /> WHEREAS, on May 4, 2023, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered <br /> the Mitigated Negative Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, the <br /> General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100168, Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100169, and <br /> Administrative Use Permit No. PA-2100170, and voted 5 to 0 to forward them to the Board of <br /> Supervisors for approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 6, 2023, the Board of Supervisors conducted a properly noticed <br /> public hearing on General Plan Map Amendment No.PA-2100168,Zone Reclassification No.PA- <br /> 2100169, and Administrative Use Permit No. PA-2100170, as recommended by the Planning <br /> Commission, during which they received oral and documentary evidence on the matter; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors to: <br /> 1. Adopt the Mitigated Negative Declaration (Attachment D to the Board letter dated <br /> June 6, 2023) and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program (Attachment E to <br /> the Board letter dated June 6, 2023) for General Plan Map Amendment No. PA- <br /> 2100168, Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100169 and Administrative Use Permit No. <br /> PA-2100170; <br /> 2. Approve General Plan Map Amendment No. PA-2100168 based on the ability to <br /> make the required Findings (Attachment A to the Board letter dated June 6, 2023); <br /> 3. Approve Zone Reclassification No. PA-2100169 based on the ability to make the <br /> required Findings (Attachment B to the Board letter dated June 6, 2023); <br /> 4. Approve Administrative Use Permit No. PA-2100170 with the attached Conditions of <br /> Approval (Attachment G to the Board letter dated June 6, 2023) based on the ability <br /> to make the required Findings (Attachment C to the Board letter dated June 6,2023). <br />
