Louise Avenue (APN 198-100-04)
Dear Mr. Ahmed:
The existing structure located at 1631 E. Louise Avenue currently discharges wastewater into an
existing septic system that predates the incorporation of the City of Lathrop. The owner of 1631
E. Louise Avenue had requested a Site Plan Review from the City of Lathrop for the development
of a commercial truck parking facility. The proposed plan will use the existing septic system and
leach field for sewer service.
Pursuant to the City of Lathrop Municipal Code Section 13.16.040 (3), any development within
200 feet of an available municipal wastewater collection system must connect. The development
at the location mentioned above is 700 feet from the nearest available wastewater collection
system and therefore is not required to connect at this time.
The owner of 1631 E. Louise Avenue will be required to connect to the City wastewater collection
system once the system is extended to within 200 feet of the property.
If I can be of further assistance, please let me know. I can be reached by email at
btaylor@cilathrop.ca.us or by phone (209) 941-7438.
Thank you,
g4.C.2d 7-742
Brad Taylor
Associate Engineer
