Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />August 12,2021 <br />Facility Address: <br />124 N E ST, STOCKTON <br />Facility Name: <br />Stockton Recycling Inc. <br />SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br />(CLASS I, CLASS II, or MINOR -Notice to Comply) <br />RemarksItem # <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection, August 12,2021.Later in <br />the day, the EHD has written this complete report which replaces the initial checklist. <br />Ownership changed occurred on August 2,2021. <br />Observed four 55 gallon drums of used water soluble cutting oil, one55 gallon drum of new water soluble <br />cutting oil, seven 55 gallon drums of unknown liquid waste material, and three cylinders of acetylene (greater <br />than 200 cubic foot; actual amount was not available). <br />A Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP)is required and is due no later than September 1,2021. <br />Starting September 1,2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
