The missing manifests are: <br /> -018526758JJK(5/15/2019) <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: A hazardous waste generator shall keep a copy of each manifest signed in accordance <br /> with section 66262.23(a)for three years or until the generator receives a signed copy from the designated facility <br /> which received the waste. This signed copy shall be retained as a record for at least three years from the date the <br /> waste was accepted by the initial transporter. The hazardous waste generator must submit a copy of the manifest <br /> to the California Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)within 60 days if the destination facility signed <br /> manifest copy is not received from the transporter or designated facility. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate the destination facility signed manifests listed above and maintain in the facility file <br /> for three years from the date of shipping. Send a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department(EHD). <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 405 CCR 66262.34(d)(2) Failed to properly manage incompatible wastes in containers. <br /> OBSERVATION: The following incompatible wastes are stored in containers in a way that is not in compliance with <br /> these sections: batteries are stored in a black plastic five gallon bucket with flammable wastes. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Title 40 Code of Federal Regulations section 262.16. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately make changes to the hazardous waste storage to eliminate incompatible <br /> waste storage. Describe how the waste storage has been changed to correct the violation. Provide a corrective <br /> action statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department within <br /> 30 days.
