November 2 , 1977 <br /> Mr. Bill F. Lane <br /> 23125 S. Henry Road <br /> Riverbank, CA 95367 RE: Property located on the west <br /> side of Santa Fe Road, 1400' <br /> north of the Stanislaus River. <br /> Dear Mr. Lane: <br /> An inspection made on November 2 , 1977 revealed that you are operating <br /> a disposal site at the above location without written approval from the <br /> San Joaquin Local Health District. This action is in violation of Title <br /> 14 of the California Administrative Code. In order to bring this property <br /> into compliance with this regubAtion, the following conditions .must be <br /> corrected: <br /> 1. Cease all dumping on the above mentioned property. <br /> 2. All debris consisting of asphalt, concrete, wood, and other <br /> miscellan&ous debris must be removed to i an approved disposal <br /> site or covered with a minimum thickness of 2 feet of compacted <br /> cover material with a compactable quality of the existing soil. <br /> The above violations must be correct-eO immediately. A reinspection will <br /> be trade on November 17 , 1977. to determine comDliance . <br /> If you have any questions regarding this matter contact this office. <br /> Very truly yours , <br /> JACK J .
