COMPLAINANT ALLEGES THE EMPLOYEE <br />DROPPED THE CUP ON THE FLOOR, COMPLAINANT ASKED FOR A NEW CUP AND EMPLOYEE TRIED TO PUT ICE <br />CREAM FROM CUP THAT WAS ON THE FLOOR INTO A NEW CUP, COMPLAINANT ASKED FOR NEW ICE CREAM <br />AND EMPLOYEE GOT AN ATTITUDE WITH COMPLAINANT. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F -- COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />NOTES <br />I went to the facility and spoke to the manager who was not aware of the complaint. <br />Per manager the protocol is once an item is dropped, the item (food or utensil etc.) is thrown away and hands are washed <br />and the employee is to make a new product for the customer. <br />The manager said her will follow up with staff and ensure that staff is following th policy. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
