46-ERTS Emergency Response and Training Solutions <br />On April 7, 2020, at 0835 ET, Central Transport LLC retained Emergency Response and Training <br />Solutions (ERTS) to manage and oversee the above referenced incident. ERTS dispatched Patriot <br />Environmental Services to perform emergency response and remediation. <br />Regulatory Notifications: <br />On April 7, 2020, at 0853 ET, pursuant to California Code, ERTS notified the California Office <br />of Emergency Services (CA OES) and the report number 20-1917 was provided. <br />On April 7, 2020, at 0904 ET, pursuant to California Code, ERTS notified the San Joaquin <br />County CUPA with the details of the incident and no report number was provided. <br />On April 7, 2020, at 0914 ET, pursuant to California Code, ERTS notified Caltrans with the <br />details of the incident and no report number was provided. <br />Corrective Action: <br />On April 7, 2020, at 1055 ET, Patriot Environmental Services personnel arrived on site. Patriot <br />personnel estimated that approximately 80 gallons of diesel fuel released to a 15ft x 15 ft area of <br />soil embankment. Patriot personnel secured the site with absorbents and poly sheeting pending a <br />near future excavation and restoration. <br />Appendix 2- Response Photographs <br />On April 15, 2020, at 1000 ET, Patriot Environmental personnel returned to site. Patriot <br />personnel utilized heavy equipment and hand tools to excavate the impacted soil. All waste <br />(approximately 56 tons) was collected and taken off site for pending disposal. Patriot personnel <br />utilized clean fill dirt to fill the excavated areas. The area was re-graded.
