Patriot Environmental initiated the USA dig <br />notification and covered the spill area pending excavation scheduling. Implement all necessary soil clean- up. Please be <br />aware that all impacted soil has to be excavated and disposed off under the appropriate waste manifesting procedure <br />[HSC 25160 (b)(3)]. The disposal of any hazardous waste, or the causing thereof, is prohibited when the disposal is at a <br />facility which is not permitted or authorized for hazardous waste disposal. [HSC 25189.5 (a).] Notify EHD (48-hours) in <br />advance of any clean up activities. Provide disposal records for all generated wastes. <br />VIOLATIONS: <br />.0.
