Apparently, the release occurred as a result of an equipment malfunction to an on site <br /> storage tank. <br /> This loss occurred in Lodi, California at 10749 West Woodbridge Road. <br /> The technical name for the first product released is UAN 32-0-0,Urea Ammonium Nitrate <br /> Solution. According to the Safety Data Sheet,the product contains the following ingredients: <br /> - Ammonium nitrate, CAS#6484-52-2,45% <br /> - Urea, CAS# 57-13-6, 35% <br /> - Water, CAS#7732-18-5, 20% <br /> The product, nor its ingredients, are listed under section 313 or 302 of SARA Title III List of <br /> Lists. The product is not CERCLA RQ listed. <br /> We have contacted the California Emergency Management Agency, San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health, California Region IV LEPC, Patriot Environmental Services and clean up <br /> has been initiated.
