(APN 919-280-04) <br /> In response to your letter received May 27, 2021, copy attached, City staff from the <br /> Community Development and Municipal Utilities Departments have reviewed your <br /> request for sewer service to the subject property, which is located outside the City limits <br /> of the City of Stockton. Review by the Community Development Department is limited <br /> to General Plan conformity and participation in Areas of Benefit and Community <br /> Facilities District 90-1. The following information is provided as result of that review: <br /> Community Development Department <br /> The Community Development Department has determined that the site does conform to <br /> the City of Stockton's General Plan. <br /> The property owner shall sign a Conditional Utility Service Agreement for future <br /> annexation to the City of Stockton on demand by the City. <br /> IVIunicipal Utilities Department— Sewer <br /> The subject parcel is currently connected to the existing City sewer lateral in Waterloo <br /> Road. <br /> Local Agency Formation Commission of San Joaquin County <br /> All applications outside the City's jurisdictional boundaries are subject to Local Agency <br /> Formation Commission of San Joaquin County (LAFCO) review, fees and approval. <br /> LAFCO approval is required prior to the City of Stockton approval. <br /> S;ork;on <br /> Ir.y <br />
