The <br /> County will serve the proposed project to subdivide the above referenced parcel into three <br /> parcels with storm drainage subject to the following requirements, <br /> 1. Applicant shall comply with County's Development Title and County's Improvement <br /> Standards. <br /> 2. All driveways shall be at least three feet from any storm drain inlets. <br /> 3. The cost for any extension, connection, or placement of facilities shall be borne by the <br /> applicant. An improvement plan shall be submitted for review and approval. <br /> 4. New development shall not interrupt any existing drainage system. If any interruption to <br /> the existing system is necessary, please contact Public Works for approval at 468-3000. <br /> 5.
