All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br /> #15 Food from Approved Source MAJOR <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed flan and prepackaged breads that are for sale. <br />Flan is prepared at home and I am unsure where prepackaged breads in ziplocks are from. <br />Do not sell foods that are not from an approved source. <br />Ok, items are removed from sale. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: All food shall be obtained from an approved source. (113996, 113998, <br />114037, 114343(a)) <br /> #30 Food Storage/Display Properly Labeled <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed jellos and puddings at display refrigerator across from register that is nt labeled. <br />Observed refried beans and salsas in open case that are not labeled. <br />Label <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
