Environmental Health Department <br />Facility Name and Address: PHO ASIAN CUISINE, 1315 HISTORICAL PLAZA WAY, MANTECA 95336 <br />Food Program Official Inspection Report <br />Re inspection. <br />Back hand sink is accessible and draining properly. <br />Hood and exterior surfaces of cooking equipment are clean. <br />Floor underneath the cooking equipment, is clean. <br />1 D reach in cooler, at the cooking area and all food items held on it, have temp at 41F or below. <br />Sanitizer bucket is set up with chlorine 200 ppm. Chlorine test strips are available on site. <br />3 comp sink, prep sink and mop sink have temp at 120F and above. <br />Though operator stated previously that she will no longer use the dish washer, new dish washer had been installed and <br />chlorine concentration is 50 ppm. New equipment is in good repair. <br />All repeated violations had been corrected. <br />No more re inspection required at this time. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
