Program Element: 1600 - FOOD PROGRAM <br />Telephone: (209) 727-5584 Owner/Operator: PETTERSEN, ROBERT J <br />Address: 19775 N COTTON ST, LOCKEFORD 95237 <br />Date: 08/19/2021Name of Facility: LOCKEFORD MEAT SERVICE <br />Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br />11:15 am <br />10:15 am <br />Time Out: <br />Time In: <br />Complaint #: CO0054099 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />CO0054099 states : "COMPLAINANT ALLEGES EMPLOYEES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CHANGE GLOVES <br />THROUGHOUT THE DAY, THEY ARE FORCED TO WEAR THE SAME PAIR ALL DAY, THEY MUST REMOVE THEM AT <br />LUNCH THEN PUT THE SAME DIRTY PAIR BACK ON, THEY HANDLE MONEY AND CLEAN THEN HANDLE FOOD <br />WITHOUT CHANGING THE GLOVES, THEY ALSO WITNESSED A DEAD FLY IN THE CASING OF A SAUSAGE, <br />THERE WAS A HAIR ON SOME MEAT AND THE EMPLOYEE JUST REMOVED IT AND PUT IT BACK TO SELL, THEY <br />DROPPED A SAUSAGE ON THE FLOOR THAT HAS OLD BLOOD AND OTHER OLD MEAT ON THE FLOOR AND STILL <br />PUT IT OUT TO SELL. " <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />Environmental Health Department <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION -- TEMP º F -- COMMENTS <br />NOTES <br />Unable to verify complaint. <br />Observed gloves available throughout facility. <br />Observed employees washing hands and changing gloves. <br />Spoke with operator about nature of complaint, operator stated that gloves are always available and employees change their <br />gloves as required. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
