(Unit was not turned on) Time <br />sticker on tomatoes was use by 8:10 AM 8/15/21. Hand sink is to be unobstructed, <br />remove refrigerator. <br />Hand wash sink near ice machine lacks paper towels. <br />Provide paper towels in single use dispenser. <br />Corrected on site. <br />Paper towel dispenser at hand wash sink near dishwasher is in disrepair. <br />Repair/replace dispenser so that it is in good working order. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Handwashing soap and towels or drying device shall be provided in dispensers dispensers shall be <br />maintained in good repair.
