Please indicate that this has satisfied the requirement for violation #6 on the <br />report. I would like to address #1 which stated that the calibration document submitted does not indicate <br />that the thermometer was calibrated. Perhaps because the copy was not the best, it was not obvious to <br />us until looking closer that the information is actually included on the San -I -Pak Calibration report that we <br />submitted --in the section on Calibration, it stated "Calibrated with Fluke 51 thermometer'.
