FINDINGS FOR MINOR SUBDIVISION <br /> PA-2100156 <br /> JAMES & ANGELA LA VELLE/JOHN & ANNAMARIE F. LARA/QUARTAROLI &ASSOCIATES <br /> 1. The proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, Specific <br /> Plan, and Special Purpose Plan and any other applicable plan adopted by the County. <br /> • Minor Subdivision No. PA-2100156 is consistent with the General Plan because the AG-40 <br /> (General Agriculture, 40-acre minimum parcel size) zoning of the subject parcels permits <br /> the division proposed and the zoning is an implementing zone for the parcel's A/G (General <br /> Agriculture)land use designation.Further,no Master Plan,Specific Plan,or Special Purpose <br /> Plan are applicable to Minor Subdivision No. PA-2100156. <br /> 2. The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan. <br /> • The design or improvement of the proposed subdivision is consistent with the General Plan <br /> and any applicable Specific Plan or Special Purpose Plan because the design and <br /> improvements meet the minimum standards contained in the General Plan as reflected in <br /> the Tentative Map. <br /> 3. The site is physically suitable for the type of development proposed. <br /> • No development is proposed with this subdivision. The site is physically suitable for the <br /> type of subdivision proposed because all requirements contained in the Development Title <br /> and all minimum County standards are met. <br /> 4. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of development. <br /> • The subdivision does not propose any development. The resulting parcels are physically <br /> suitable to meet density requirements for any future development. <br /> 5.
