Transfer Restriction for Parcel 1 of a previously <br /> approved Minor Subdivision for Homesite Parcel. Under Development Title section 9- <br /> 203.030(a)(1)(A)(iv)(1), for applications converting a financing homesite parcel to a standard <br /> homesite parcel, the 10-year period shall be counted from the date of approval of the financing <br /> homesite parcel; located on the west side of Koster Road approximately one-half mile south of <br /> State Route 33, Tracy. A fee based on the current fee schedule is required for the <br /> processing of the legal descriptions.
