All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and must be corrected immediately or be subject to closure pursuant to California Code of Regulations (Title 22) section 65545. <br />#12 pH Level <br />OBSERVATIONS: pH is at 8.0. <br />Pool is closed. <br />Maintain a level of 7.2-7.8 at all times. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool operator shall maintain pH between 7.2 and 7.8. (CCR 65530) <br />#15 Operation Records <br />OBSERVATIONS: Daily records are not being maintained. <br />Begin daily records today. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION., Pool operator shall test the disinfectant residual, pH, and spa water temperature a minimum of once per day. <br />Cyanuric acid concentration shall be tested once per month if cyanuric acid is used. Combined chlorine shall be tested as often as <br />necessary to maintain the concentration below 0.4 ppm. Pool operator shall maintain written records of all maintenance and test results <br />for at least two years and shall submit those records to the enforcement agency upon request. (CCR 65523) <br />#22 Skimmer Assembly <br />OBSERVATIONS: Float valve assemblies are lacking. Provide float valve assemblies for skimmers within 1 week. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Pool shall be equipped to provide continuous skimming of the pool water. All parts of the skimmer shall be <br />maintained in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
