SAN J O A R N Environmental Health Department <br /> -:a U ;� i _# �V AMENDED <br /> 11/4/2021 <br /> Underground Storage Tank Program Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name: Facility Address: Date: <br /> CALIFORNIA TRACY CONNECT INC* 610 S CHEROKEE Ln, LODI October 29, 2021 <br /> SUMMARY OF VIOLATIONS <br /> (CLASS I,CLASS II,or MINOR-Notice to Comply) <br /> Item# Remarks <br /> 207 CCR 2716(f)Failure to maintain designated operator inspection reports and all attachments on site for 36 months. <br /> OBSERVATION: Monthly designated operator reports were found on site for 06/25/2021 through 10/15/2021 only. <br /> Per Julio Rose, California Tracy Connect Inc became the new operator on 06/22/2021 and the previous operator did <br /> not provide any past records to them. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Designated operator inspection reports prior to October 1, 2018 shall be retained on <br /> site for twelve months. Designated operator inspection reports on or after October 1, 2018 shall be retained on site <br /> for thirty-six months. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate and ensure that copies of the previous thirty-six months of designated operator <br /> inspection reports are maintained on site. Submit copies of the missing reports to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 307 HSC 25290.1(c3), 25290.2(c3) Failure to keep water out of the secondary containment system (post-Jul 2003). <br /> OBSERVATION: Liquid was found in the 87 and 91 grade fill sumps. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Secondary containment shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the <br /> system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface runoff. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 <br /> hazardous waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br /> certified contractor to address the water intrusion into the 87 and 91 fill sump under permit and inspection of the <br /> EHD, if needed. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 319 CCR 2635, 2637.2,2665, 2712 Failure to comply with overfill prevention equipment requirements. <br /> OBSERVATION: Overfill prevention testing was last conducted on 10/16/2018. Overfill prevention testing was due <br /> October 2021 and has not been conducted as of 11/04/2021. <br /> REGULATION GUIDANCE: Overfill prevention equipment inspections were required to be conducted by October <br /> 13, 2018, and every 36 months thereafter, and within 30 days of completion of a repair. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately schedule this testing and provide 48 hours notification to the EHD. Ensure all <br /> future testing is conducted within required time frames. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection report was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
