CONSULTATION COMMENTS: Liquid waste consultation was conducted this date with Jacob Babauta. The followings were noted: • This 0.64 acre lot consists of a 3-bedroom single family residence. This property is served by public water and septic system. • There are three septic permits on file. The septic system was installed on 12-27-1977. The septic system includes a 1,200 gallon septic tank and two 85' leach lines and two 25' deep seepage pits. • The septic system was repaired twice with addition of a 40' leach line and two seepage pits each time.The septic tank is located east of the house with leach lines and seepage pits located on the north. • The owner proposes to install a swimming pool. • The end of the leach line closest to proposed location of the proposed swimming pool is 45' from north property line and 56' south property line. • The northwest seepage pit is 40' from north property line and 43' from west property line. • Based on the measurements the proposed swimming pool can be installed within this area and shall meet 10' setback. • See attached drawing of the findings.
