<br /> covered at all times. All waste must be removed and disposed of as frequently as necessary to prevent a nuisance. The exterior

<br /> well-fitting self-closing door. Toilet tissue shall be provided in a permanently installed dispenser at each toilet. The number of toilet

<br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed many boxes in front area and back area containing clean dirty utensils and equipment. Per
<br /> manager these boxes were temporary stored from a recent event and would be removed in a couple days. Remove
<br /> excessive storage boxes and maintain areas clean and litter free.
