REHS <br />RE: Engineer Designed Septic System Plan Review for Nile Garden Elementary School <br />(SR0081029), APN: 226-070-03 <br />5700 E. Nile Avenue, Manteca <br />Questa Engineering Corp. (QEC) has reviewed the engineer designed septic system plan (EDSS), <br />dated April 20, 2020, prepared by MCR Engineering for the above referenced site, for San Joaquin <br />County Environmental Health Department (EHD). The EHD has the following conditions: <br />1. Obtain Engineer Designed System - Commercial permit prior to construction. An issued building permit <br />is required prior to issuance of Engineer Designed System permit. If lift station is required the lift station <br />shall include dual pumps with audio and visual alarm. A two-way clean out shall be installed between <br />the building and the septic tank every 100 feet at ground level. The fee will be based on the current <br />schedule at the time of payment. <br />2. Annual permit is required. Fee for annual operation permit is due at time of Onsite Wastewater <br />Treatments System (OWTS) permit application. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the <br />time of payment. <br />3. The review and comments from QEC is attached. <br />4.
