Immediately log <br /> into CERS, make the necessary changes, and submit for review by the EHD. <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class II. <br /> 107 CCR 2632(d)(1)(C) Plot plan/site map not submitted or failed to completely show where monitoring is performed. <br /> An accurate UST Monitoring Site Plan was not submitted. A site plan is a facility map that must be submitted <br /> identifying the locations where monitoring will be performed. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, remove the Underground Storage Tank Monitoring Plan <br /> currently in CERS, and upload a copy of the UST Monitoring Site Plan (map). <br /> This is a repeat violation, Class Il. <br /> 120 CCR 2635(d) Failed to submit UST Certification of Installation/Modification. <br /> B-20 Biodiesel(between 5 and 20 percent) was recently added to the diesel underground storage tanks and the <br /> UST Certification of Installation/Modification has not been submitted. This certification is required to be submitted <br /> within 30 days of completion of work to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
