UST Tank Information forms for the underground storage tanks (UST) T1, T2, T3, T4, and T5 are not current in CERS. There is no Corrosion Protection identified in CERS; T3 -beneath Vent, Vapor Recovery (VR) and Riser/Fill Pipe Piping Construction, remove "Fiberglass" from the Vapor Recovery Primary and Secondary Containment since there is no vapor recovery for the diesel product. For T1 and T2, beneath Vent, Vapor Recovery (VR) and Riser/Fill Pipe Piping Construction, change Riser Pipe Primary Containment from Fiberglass to Steel. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD.
