Blackmore Rd., Escalon) <br />Code Enforcement * Fire Prevention m GIS <br />Trust (c/o Velociter Wireless, Inc.) <br />ACTION: On December 10, 2021, the San Joaquin County Community Development Department approved <br />Site Approval No. PA -2100179 subject to the enclosed Conditions of Approval. <br />APPEAL PERIOD: This action can be appealed to the Planning Commission by any interested party. Appeals <br />must be filed with this Department within 10 days of the action with an appeal fee of $353.00. The 10 -day appeal <br />period ends at 4:30 p.m. on December 20, 2021. If this date falls on a weekend or holiday, the appeal period <br />will expire on the next regular business day at 4:30 p.m. <br />EXPIRATION: This action requires you to comply with all Conditions of Approval within the next 18 months (by <br />June 21, 2023).
